Ukrtelecom, the largest telecommunications company in Ukraine, has lowered the yield rate for the 5th-8th coupon periods on its series C-G bonds from 30% to 19% per annum.
The company announced this in a statement.
According to the Ukrtelecom’s prospectus for bond issues, the 5th-8th coupon periods last from February 8, 2010, till February 6, 2011.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Ukrtelecom sold on March 6, 2009 its series C-G bonds for UAH 250 million.
