The Ukrainian government supported the launch of Diia.Office, an action for civil servants. This will be a unique environment for employees of executive authorities and the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers. Diia.Office will help digitalize the work of civil servants and make it more transparent.
At the first stage, Diia.Office will appear:
- an electronic certificate of a civil servant;
- surveys and services that will increase the efficiency of communication;
- authorization on corporate resources using Diia.Signature – this will increase the security of access to important documents or files;
- reviewing information on the structure of government agencies and those responsible for the areas.
Next, the developers are planning to launch functionality for citizens, so that every Ukrainian can view the successes of civil servants and suggest changes that will improve their work.
No additional budget funds will be allocated for the project. The software is being developed with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation and with the assistance of the Diia Support Project, implemented by the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine (UNDP) with funding from the Government of Sweden.
