In November 2009 the total number of third-level domains in the domain. UA increased by 22,2% to 476,8 thousand, while the second-level ones grew by 21,2% to 8,3 thousand, according to HITech.Expert.
The total number of domains (second and third level) in the territorial domain. UA increased, compared with October 2009, by 11,036 (up to 476 864).
The number of domains in a private (second level) domain. UA as compared with October increased by 173 to 8,307.
Increase in the total number of domains is explained by positive growth in com.ua zone (+2, 215) and in org.ua (+1,340).
Number of third level domain names in the domain. UA increased over 10 months of 2009 by 19.4 percent up to 465.828, the second level – by 18,7 percent to 8.134.
Thus in October 2009 the total number of domain names / third level / in the territorial domain. UA increased compared with September 2009 by 15.097 to 465.828.

Increase in the total number of domain names in October 2009 is explained by positive growth in org.ua zone /+5,295/ and in com.ua /+2,170/.
The total number of domains in com.ua zone is 156 345, or 33.563 percent of the total number of Ukrainian domains, while in org.ua zone – 112 385 domains / 24.126 percent).
The total number of second level domains at the end of December 2008 equaled to 6 854, and of the third level as many as 390 197.
