The first Honor smartphones with 24 GB RAM are coming soon

Honor is preparing to launch new GT series smartphones in China. Last week, one of the brand’s executives hinted at the arrival of these devices.

According to the leaks, there will be two devices, namely the Honor 90 GT (formerly the Honor 100 GT) and the Honor X50 GT. These phones will be centered around performance.

We know only a few interesting facts about these products. Today, a few more important details have emerged. Let’s take a look at them.

According to Digital Chat Station, the upcoming Honor 90 GT and Honor X50 GT will have up to 24 GB of RAM. They will be the first smartphones of the brand with such a huge amount of RAM.

In addition, the insider claims that the main camera of these phones will have OIS (optical image stabilization). He also adds that the phones will run on three different chipsets and will boast an attractive display.

Earlier, the same source said that the 90 GT and X50 GT would be powered by Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 and Snapdragon 888 chips, respectively. But this is the first time we’ve heard about three chipsets.

It is not yet known which of these two phones will have the third silicon. We believe that the 90 GT may come in two versions with different chips.

As for the displays, the phones are said to have flat screens. It is not known whether they will be equipped with LCD or OLED panels. There is a possibility that they will still be equipped with OLED displays.

We’re looking forward to learning more about the Honor 90 GT and Honor X50 GT in the coming days. Perhaps the brand will finally begin to officially tease new products, as one of the executives has already hinted that the GT will be spun off into a new separate line of devices from the existing X series.
