Realme GT Neo 6 SE will receive Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3

Realme is reportedly working on a series of Realme GT Neo 6 smartphones for the Chinese market. The lineup is said to include at least two smartphones powered by upcoming chipsets such as the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 and Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. Today, Digital Chat Station published a post on Weibo in which it revealed the nickname of the Realme phone, which will be equipped with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC.

According to the leak, the Realme GT Neo 6 SE will be powered by a Qualcomm SM7675 chip. This chip is expected to be unveiled as the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 at some point this month.

The leak claims that this upcoming chip is based on TSMC’s N4 platform, which is also used in the more powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Like the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2, which debuted in March 2023, the successor is expected to consume less power and offer top-notch performance.

The Realme GT Neo 6 SE with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 will replace last year’s GT Neo 5 5E, which came with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2. According to a recent report, the device will feature a 1.5K OLED panel and support 100W charging. Other details of the device have not yet been disclosed.

Rumors claim that the OnePlus Ace 3V, which is expected to be unveiled this month in China, could be the first phone to feature the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset. There is a possibility that the GT Neo 6 SE could debut shortly after the Ace 3V during this month.

As for the Realme GT Neo 6, it is expected to be equipped with the upcoming Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. According to reports, the device will have a 1.5K OLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate. It can have up to 24 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. Other details of the device have not yet been disclosed.
