Possible Vivo S18 spotted on Geekbench, reveals key specs

The Vivo company is preparing to launch the S18 series of smartphones in its home country. It is expected to include two models – vanilla S18 and S18 Pro. Recently, key specifications of both models were leaked on the Chinese social network Weibo, and this morning Ouyang Weifeng, Vivo’s vice president of products, teased the device on the same platform. Now, the MySmartPrice team has spotted a possible Vivo S18 in the popular Geekbench database with the model number V2323A.

The smartphone scored 1221 points in the single-core test and 3468 points in the multi-core test. The listing also confirms 16 GB of RAM, Android 14, and a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset paired with an Adreno(TM) 720 GPU. Other than that, we don’t have much information about the device at the moment. But we expect to get more details in the near future.

The teaser image shows that the upcoming S18 will have a new color “Flower Like Brocade” inspired by oriental flowers. It also shows a rectangular camera module on the back with a triple camera setup with OIS, LED flash and soft backlight.

In addition, the leak source suggests that the S18 will have a perforated display with a brightness of 2,800 nits. The device will be available with 8 GB, 12 GB, or 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB or 512 GB of storage. The main camera may be 50 megapixels.

The S18 Pro, on the other hand, may use the Dimensity 9200+ chipset and have a 50MP main camera (Sony IMX920), as well as a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens and telephoto camera. It can support Wi-Fi 7 and is expected to have a 5000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.

Keep in mind that Geekbench scores tend to change depending on the version, and the company hasn’t revealed any details about these upcoming devices. Therefore, take all information with a grain of salt.
