Oppo Find X7, X7 Pro, Ultra chipset, battery size revealed

Oppo is expected to introduce the Oppo Find X7 series of smartphones by the end of January in China. Until now, it was reported that the series would consist of two models, such as the Find X7 and Find X7 Pro. However, a newer report shows that the lineup will also have a more powerful third model called the Find X7 Ultra. Here’s a look at what’s known about the Ultra version.

Find X7 Ultra, Find X7 Pro, Find X7: what to expect?

Yesterday, a Digital Chat Station whistleblower published a post on Weibo in which he mentioned the names of three devices, such as Find X7, Find X7 Pro and Find X7 Ultra. It was reported that the Find X7 will have a Dimensity 9300 chipset, while the Find X7 Pro will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Today, the source also shared some information about the X7 Ultra chipset and battery capacity of each of the X7 series models.

Based on the latest leak from DCS, we can say that the Find X7 will be equipped with a D9300 chip and a 5,000 mAh battery. The Pro model will have an SD8G3 chip and a 4,860 mAh battery.

The Find X7 Ultra seems to be an improved version of the Pro model, as it is rumored to have an SD8G3 chip and a 5,000 mAh battery. Nothing else was said about the Ultra version.

It looks like the model that is believed to have a dual periscope camera might be labeled Ultra rather than Pro. So, it’s likely that the Find X7 Ultra’s camera module could include a 50-megapixel LYT-900 inch primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50-megapixel IMX890 periscope camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 50-megapixel IMX858 periscope camera with 6x optical zoom. However, readers are advised to wait for more recent reports to learn about the differences between the Find X7 Pro and X7 Ultra models.
