Online trading at the Ukrainian Stock Exchange reached 35%
From March 26 to October 19, the number of brockers using Internet-trading at the Ukrainian Stock Exchange has reached remarkble 1000 people. Oleg Tkachenko, chairman of the Exchange, officially told the press, adding that in September the trading site saw 17802 transactions, of which 12314 thousand were made by private investors. Individuals took about 35% share among the total volume of transactions per month (472 million UAH.) In addition, since mid-September the number of online brokers has increased from 7 to 16.
