The executive committee of the Odesa city council on March 5 allowed the Kyivstar mobile communications company to build an administrative-technical complex in the district of Moldavanka.

The executive committee of the Odesa city council has allowed Kyivstar to draw up city planning grounds to place the administrative-technical complex in a block among Balkivska Street, Serednia Street, and Buhaievska Street.
