The National Commission for Regulating Communications intends to endorse terms for carrying out activities on provision of services of access to the Internet.
Ukrainian News learned this from a statement by the NCRC.
The Communications Commission approved a draft resolution on the matter in principle at its meeting on Thursday.
In particular, the terms contain a list of organizational, qualification and technical requirements compulsory for carrying out activities on provision of services of access to the Internet.
As Ukrainian News reported, the NCRC is a central body of executive power regulating commutations and mail services and distributing radio frequency and number resources.
