Over the past year and a half, lifecell has not expanded its line of national tariff plans but focused on improving them. Lifecell tariffs remain balanced and affordable for subscribers. This was reported to HiTech Expert by the operator’s press service.
Lifecell tariffs
Lifecell tariff plans have different prices and content, depending on the subscriber’s needs, such as
- unlimited Internet (“Free Life”, “Platinum Life”);
- only minutes for calls without mobile Internet (“Zvonkyi Bezmezh”);
- budget price (“Prosto Life”, “Smart Life”, “School Life”);
- collective use of the service package (Smart Family tariff line);
- only mobile Internet for use on smart devices (Gadget tariff line).
Lifecell also has a unique offer on the Ukrainian market – the Handmade tariff, which allows subscribers to choose a tariff that suits their needs. If the subscriber does not use, for example, mobile Internet or voice calls, lifecell provides an opportunity to choose the content of the service package and, accordingly, its cost using the “Handmade” tariff.
Regional tariffs
As for regional tariffs (valid in certain regions of Ukraine), in May 2023 lifecell launched a new tariff plan “Powerful” with a large amount of Internet. From the moment of connection, it includes 40 GB of mobile Internet, and upon timely payment of the next package, another 20 GB is additionally charged.
For subscribers who have transferred their number to lifecell from other operators, the Powerful Internet promotion is also available: if they pay for the service package on time, they will have unlimited Internet for 4 weeks. The regional tariff “Free Life. Region” is also popular.

During the war, lifecell did not reduce the content of its tariff plans. Instead, it provided many services to subscribers in Ukraine at no extra charge to keep them connected.
Promotions and discounts
The operator motivates subscribers to switch to lifecell and pay for their service packages on time by offering promotional prices for tariffs and recharge bonuses.
In particular, until the end of September, lifecell is running the “Gift to your account” promotion, which offers subscribers who top up their accounts gifts of up to 40 GB and 200 minutes for calls to all numbers in Ukraine. For example, when recharging in the amount of UAH 200, 300, 400, depending on the tariff plan, the user needs to dial *400# to receive a gift for 1 kopeck.
To save on tariff plan payments lifecell offers its subscribers to use the Tariff Subscription service – paying for service packages for a year in advance allows you to fix the cost of the tariff for a year and get an additional discount of up to 15%.
For new lifecell subscribers, we offer the “Unprecedented prices” promotion. According to its terms, those subscribers who activate the starter package before November 30, 2023, will receive up to 40% lower prices for the list of tariff plans.
lifecell also offers discounts on tariff plans for personalized (registered) subscribers and subscribers who have switched to the network from other mobile operators while keeping their number (MNP subscribers). This offer is available on a permanent basis.
