The Ukrainian mobile operator Astelit (TM life:) has introduced a bilateral CAMEL-roaming service in Russia, according to the press service of the company.
The CAMEL-roaming partner in Russia for the Ukrainian mobile carrier is Megafon, one of the biggest telecom operator in this country.
As Astelit сommented, this service does not require any activation, allowing the pre-paid subscribers automatically use the mobile communication in Russia.
