Coding scheme GPRS CS3/CS4 can increase the quality and capacity of GPRS, using the existing network equipment. Through the introduction of the coding scheme CS3/CS4 GPRS data transfer flexibility adapts to the parameters of the radio channel that can significantly improve the quality of data transferred.
At this stage, GPRS CS3/CS4 works in Ivano-Frankivs’ka, Cherkass’ka, Chernihivs’ka, Chernivets’ka, Khmelnyts’ka, Kyivs’ka, Khersons’ka, Lvivs’ka, Mykolaivs’ka, Odess’ka, Rivnens’ka, Vinnits’ka, Ternopils’ka, Zhitomirs’ka, Volyns’ka, Zakarpats’ka regions and the Crimea region. Also the regime is partially introduced in Kharkivs’ka, Donets’ka and Dnepropetrovs’ka regions.
