From now on, the Diia app allows you to find the nearest Unbreakable Point, check the availability of services and plan a route. This will allow you to conveniently and quickly select the nearest point to get the necessary options during power outages, stay in touch and have access to the Internet even in blackouts.
When looking for an Unbreakable Point, you need to select your region and download a map. After that, you will be able to find the nearest point even without access to communication or the Internet.
In Actions, you can also set a filter and find a location with the necessary options – a ramp, internet, mobile connection, generator, etc. Only those locations where these options are available will appear on the map. Next, you select the required Indestructibility Point and you can be sure that you will be able to charge your phone, call your family, or just keep warm.
How to get the service?
- Log in to the app.
- Click Services – Unbreakable points.
- Review the onboard and click Next.
- Select your region and download the map. Later, the map will be available for offline use.
- Go to the map and share your geolocation. Then Diia will show you the unbreakable points within a 1.5 km radius. If you don’t want to share your location, you can find the points by zooming in.
- Filter the items as desired.
- Click the Route button.
For security reasons, the geolocation of the Indestructibility Points is not displayed in Kherson, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, and partially Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Dnipro, and Mykolaiv regions.
Improving the service
The team of the Ministry of Digital Transformation continues to improve the service and add new options to ensure that every Ukrainian receives the necessary assistance during power outages.
The service was developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation in cooperation with the Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine and regional military administrations.
