Digitalization course for civil servants starts

On September 29, the Digitalize Ukraine’s Future course starts. For 5 weeks, civil servants will improve their skills in digitalization and open data management.

The main topics of the course

  • How to use e-government. The course will examine how digital services are changing the interaction between the state and citizens.
  • How open data makes public services transparent. Experts will discuss the legal component, resources for implementation, and information security during the war.
  • How to work with gender-sensitive data.

What will be taught

Civil servants will develop skills of cooperation between the government and the public. They will learn how to manage teams in different situations. Experts will also analyze the principles of communication with users of electronic services.
