Ukrtelecom Pays UAH 15 Million On Its Series C-F Bonds

    Ukrtelecom, the largest telecommunications company in Ukraine, paid UAH 14.958 million on February 8 as the fourth coupon yield on its bonds of the series C-F.

    A representative of the Troika Dialogue Ukraine company announced this to Ukrainian News.

    The yield rate of the bonds is 30% per annum.

    According to the issue prospectus for the Ukrtelecom bonds, the fourth coupon period is from November 9, 2009, to February 7, 2010.

    The total amount of payment is UAH 14.958 million.

    Troika Dialogue Ukraine, an investment company, is the underwriter of the Ukrtelecom bonds.

    As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Ukrtelecom decided in February 2009 to issued bonds of the series C-G for a total of UAH 250 million.

    Ukrtelecom has a 78.5% share of the fixed-line telephone market in Ukraine and provides services to 9.9 million subscribers.
