The tipster shared information about the Vivo V30 5G on the X platform (formerly Twitter). The phone looks similar to the Vivo S18, which debuted in China last month. It has a rectangular island on the back, the upper part of which contains a square module with camera sensors, and the lower half is a dual LED backlight module. The front of the device will have a curved display with a centered notch, which is also confirmed by the official teaser.

As for the main specifications, the global variant of the Vivo V30 5G will reportedly be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC. It will have 12 GB of RAM as well as 12 GB of virtual memory. The upcoming offering will support 80W fast charging.

According to Google, the smartphone will be available in Ocean Blue and Elegant Black colors. It will weigh 185 grams. He also added that the Vivo V30 5G is expected to be available in global markets soon.

The upcoming Vivo V30 series seems to be a rebranding of the Vivo S18 series in China. This is not surprising, as Vivo V-series phones are redesigned versions of the S-series in the brand’s home country. The Philippines is expected to be the first market to receive the upcoming smartphones as they are officially teased.
