Acer has joined CES 2024, announcing its latest Aspire Go series laptops. The lineup consists of two models – Aspire Go 14 and Aspire Go 15.
Both laptops are budget-friendly options for students and professionals that feature the latest technology, including Intel and AMD processors, recycled materials, and Microsoft Copilot integration. So let’s dive into the details.
Technical specifications of Acer Aspire Go 14/15
The newest Aspire Go 14 and Go 15 laptops are the first in the Aspire line to be made from post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials. Both the Aspire Go 14 and Aspire Go 15 feature 16:10 aspect ratio displays with FHD+ resolution.
In terms of performance, the laptops come with an Intel Core i3 N-series processor as standard. However, the Aspire Go 14 offers the additional choice of an AMD Ryzen 7000 series processor to meet the needs of users who require more processing power.
Both models support up to 1TB SSD, 16GB of RAM, and Wi-Fi 6 for uninterrupted and fast wireless connectivity.
A special feature of the Aspire Go series is the integration of Microsoft Copilot. This artificial intelligence-based assistant provides real-time tips and assistance for a variety of tasks, such as writing emails, creating documents, and even creating creative content. For quick access to the tool, there is a special Copilot key on the keyboard.
Acer promises 10 hours of battery life with the new Aspire Go series. The laptops are also equipped with the necessary connectivity options, including Wi-Fi 6, HDMI 2.1, USB Type-C, 2x USB Type-A, and a combo audio jack. There’s also AcerSense, which helps users monitor device and battery health and perform routine application maintenance.
Price and availability
Acer Aspire Go 15 will be available in February 2024 with a starting price of $249.99 in the US and €529.99 in Europe. The Aspire Go 14 will be available in March starting at $249.99 in the US and €549.99 in Europe.
