A producer of electronic books Kyiv-based PocketBook company, and Netronix Inc, Taiwan, announced the creation of a joint venture named PocketBook Global.
The joint venture creation was announced at the International CES 2010 exhibition in Las-Vegas, the United States, un.ua says.
The headquarters of the newly created enterprise will be located in Kyiv.
The PocketBook Global company intends to produce over 20 new models of electronic books.
The Netronix Inc is located in Taiwan and is a producer of network products and multimedia equipment.
