In October 2009 Ukrainian Internet audience included 158,030 million unique users, or 6,64% more than in September 2009. This was traditionally reported by BIGMIR-Internet.
No significant changes in the geographical distribution of users has been observed. As before, the Kiev region tops the list. Its share in October amounted to 58.86% of the total audience. Then, in descending order, it followed by Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Lviv, Crimea, Zaporozhye. Their total share is 29.99%. The least active Internet users recorded in Volyn (0.14%) and Zhytomyr (0.24%) regions. All other Oblasts had 10.5% of users, totally.
It should be noted that as of October 1,2009 Ukrainian Internet audience numbered 12, 338,479 million unique users.
