Dongfeng Nissan has officially revealed the interior of its upcoming NX7 model, showcasing a luxurious cabin that emphasizes comfort and advanced technology. The new vehicle is slated for release in the near future.

A Cabin of Comfort and Sophistication

The interior of the NX7 boasts a lavishly appointed cabin, with soft-touch materials covering an impressive 90% of all accessible surfaces. This extensive use of premium upholstery extends to the center console, door panels, and armrests, all featuring a smooth, rounded-edge design for an enhanced tactile experience.

Ambient lighting plays a key role in the cabin’s ambiance, with a 256-color customizable system. Utilizing a sophisticated ‘light meets sight, not visible light source’ design, the lighting is integrated subtly, creating a sophisticated and immersive atmosphere without harsh glare.

AI-Powered Seating for Ultimate Relaxation

A standout feature is the new AI Zero-Pressure Cloud Blanket Seat 2.0. This advanced seating system offers AI adaptive active contouring, designed to provide unparalleled comfort by dynamically adjusting to the occupant’s posture. For a truly spa-like experience, the seats come equipped with 12-point SPA-grade massage functionality, offering 10 distinct massage modes. Additionally, all four seats feature ventilation and heating, with the front passenger seat offering a one-touch recline to a fully flat position.

Performance and Advanced Driving Features

In terms of powertrain, the NX7 is a plug-in hybrid model. It features a 1.5-liter engine (model NR15) with a displacement of 1497 ml, producing 73 kW of power, with a maximum net engine power of 69 kW. The electric motor provides 34 kW of rated power and a peak output of 170 kW. The energy storage system utilizes a lithium iron phosphate battery pack, with individual cells manufactured by Times FAW Power Battery Co., Ltd., and the complete assembly produced by Dongfeng Motor Corporation. The vehicle supports external charging.

The NX7 has already completed its declaration process in August, measuring 4785mm in length, 1932mm in width, and 1665mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2815mm. It is equipped with a 40.9 kWh battery from CATL. For advanced driver assistance, the vehicle includes lidar, enabling City NOA (Navigate on Autopilot) functionality. The exterior color options include Wisteria, Four-Leaf Clover, Obsidian Black, Pearl White, and Rock Mountain Grey.
