Ukrtelecom, the largest telecommunications company in Ukraine, has invited tenders for supply of 5.1 million cards for topping-up accounts (scratch cards) for mobile communications networks of the UMTS standard (3G networks).
Ukrtelecom announced this in a statement, a text of which Ukrainian News obtained.
The deadline for submitting tenders is 10:00 on February 24; tenders will be unsealed at 14:00 on the same day.
The terms of the tender requires a bank deposit of UAH 80,000.
The cards are to be supplied in the period of March 2011-March 2012.
