The Ukrtelecom telecommunication company lowered the yield for the ninth through twelfth coupons of Series C, D, E and F bonds to 16.5% from 19% per annum, Ukrainian News has learned from a copy of a statement made by the company.
To exercise the option of redemption of all bonds or part of them, the bond-holders (or their authorised agents) have to notify the company about their intention before January 21.
The bonds’ yield for the first, second, third and fourth coupon periods was set at 30% per annum, for the fifth, sixth, seventh, and eights periods at 19% per annum.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Ukrtelecom in February 2010 paid out UAH 15 million for the Series C, D, E and F bonds.
In February 2009, Ukrtelecom decided to issued Series C, D, E and F bonds to the tune of UAH 250 million.
