The smart #5 BRABUS Super Energy Edition has been unveiled at the 2026 Chengdu Auto Show, with a special introductory price of 329,900 yuan.
New Design and Enhanced Performance
This new model boasts a striking matte black paint job, complemented by a “Super Energy” wind tunnel sports design and a matching rear spoiler. It sits on 21-inch BRABUS Monoblock Z wheels, giving it a more aggressive stance.
Under the hood, the smart #5 BRABUS Super Energy Edition delivers an impressive 646 horsepower (475kW) and a peak torque of 710 Nm, enabling a rapid 0-100 km/h acceleration in just 3.8 seconds.
Advanced Technology and Comfort
The vehicle is equipped with CCD continuously variable damping shock absorbers and a 95mm adjustable air suspension system. This system allows for 6 levels of height adjustment, a maximum ground clearance of 231mm, and responds to road conditions 500 times per second. It also features an 800V pure electric high-voltage platform, capable of charging to 80% in just 15 minutes. Standard laser radar provides enhanced advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) capabilities.
Luxurious Interior Features
The cabin receives a new luxury comfort package, including 14-way electric adjustment for the front driver and passenger seats with a 55mm extendable leg rest. The interior features exclusive BRABUS customization, a high-fidelity sound system from Sennheiser, a 256-color “S-Class” ambient lighting system, and an intelligent fragrance system.

The smart #5 BRABUS Super Energy Edition measures 4705mm in length, 1920mm in width, and 1705mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2900mm. Under CLTC conditions, it offers a pure electric range of 660 km.
