Russian Space Forces today successfully launched Rockot LV with the payload for the Ministry of Defense and Gonets-M spacecraft from Plesetsk Space Port.
The spacecraft were then injected into the targeted orbit by Breeze-KM upper stage.
Rockot is a three-stage launch vehicle developed and produced by Khrunichev Space Center on the basis of the RS-18 double-stage IBM. Rockot is intended for lofting payload with mass of up to 2t to LEO. Breeze-KM serves as the third stage of the rocket.

Today’s launch is the 14th Rockot launch from Plesetsk.
