life:) Enhances Its Customer Service Centers’ Strategy

    life_logo_EngMobile services operator life:) increases the number of its customer service centers and the number of customer care experts that will be providing services to life:) subscribers all over Ukraine. This new approach is targeted to enhance customer service effectiveness and increase life:) presence in the regions.

    There are 34 fully operated customer service centers in Ukraine at the moment, and, in response to the subscribers’ demand, the company intends to double this number to more than 70 till the end of the year. Some of the newly established customer service centers will work as combined with exclusive sales points while some existing customer service centers will be relocated and new centers will be created to satisfy the growing demand. Due to such expansion life:) will now be able to provide the full customer care services not only in big but in smaller cities throughout Ukraine and not just in the city centers, since customer care points will now be present in the suburbs closer to the subscribers’ homes.

    life:) aims to provide full and efficient services to the subscribers who live in all regions of Ukraine. In all customer service centers the subscribers can receive all services available as well as personal support. The number of staff employed in service centers will also be increased.
